Rebuild21 – About us

About us

LeaderLab is a leading Scandinavian Leadership & Innovation network with a strong global outlook. We unite progressive leaders, practitioners and thinkers focused on rebuilding leadership, business and organizations for a more global, transparent and competitive world.

“We say that we are in the middle of a financial crisis. But what is really happening is a moral and institutional meltdown of 20th century business and politics.”

- Sofus Midtgaard, Manging Partner, LeaderLab

Many of the principles we based 20th century business on do no longer apply. In LeaderLab we gather leaders of tomorrow to help define the cornerstones of 21st century business and leadership.

Rebuilding Business and Leadership for the 21st century

Open Leadership and Social Business Innovation

We used to say that the competitive edge of western companies was our well-educated employees, our creativity and our strong cross-disciplinary skills. But in parallel with globalization and the Financial Crisis we are witnessing a social (r)evolution that changes the foundation for business, organizations and leaders. We need to turn threat into opportunity. Now is the time to act!
