Emma has experience working across a variety of scales within the sustainability sector both in the UK and more recently Denmark. Using her academic background in environmental science and notable expertise in sustainability, Emma has provided strategy and project management support to a diverse range of organisations.
Driven by her desire to create a sustainable future for all, Emma thrives when working in collaborative processes with colleagues and clients. Emma’s experience has seen her deliver built environment strategies across a variety of areas, including; air quality, health and wellbeing, circular economy and sustainable construction.
Emma holds a MSc in Sustainability and a BSc in Environmental Science. Further to this she is a qualified Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Methodology (BREEAM) Assessor.
Prior to joining Leaderlab, Emma worked as a Senior Sustainability Consultant at Arup and Faithful+Gould (Atkins Group) delivering sustainability solutions across the built environment.
