Main themes in the network

Key themes and questions
we will try to answer:

  1. How can we as companies rediscover meaning and build business around solving global challenges?
  2. How do we as leaders involve and energize employees through open leadership?
  3. How can we transform customers to promoters through co-creation and open innovation.
  4. How de we create networked organizations who tap into resources outside our traditional organization?
  5. What are the business potential and organizational challenges in engaging in new open business models?
  6. How can you break down silos and share knowledge across your organization?
  7. How do we as companies measure the effects of being more meaningful, open and engaging?

If you have questions regarding the network, the program or membership please contact Managing Partner Sofus Midtgaard: sofus@leaderlab.com  or +45 30 220 111.
